Terms & Conditions
3. This program will last for 3 months: (“Program Period”). *During this period, selected students will be given Data for free for 3 months. During this period also, ONEXOX reserves the right to change or cancel the free Data based on the circumstances and situation without any notice. ONEXOX also reserves the right to change, shorten, or extend the Program Period.
4. This program is only focused on or using Prepaid (ONEXOX Prepaid) only.
5. 10GB of Free Monthly data will be included in the Season Pass and is nontransferable.
Monthly Free 10 GB Data
1. The Program is open to all selected students with these criteria
· Malaysian citizens.
· They are from primary schools, secondary schools, and from under Association of OrphanCare (below 17 years old).
· They have at least a device and Have ONEXOX (Celcom) network coverage in residential areas.
· Included in the list provided by school/association.
1. SIM are not for resale or resupply.
2. Not applicable to perform Ownership Transfer once the current owner is deceased.
3. Beneficiary shall inform ONEXOX if the holder is deceased. *Any changes e.g.: perform MNP, port out to another service provider, or all schools/associations are completely opened, the Program will be nullified.
4. Valid IC number is required to activate a prepaid SIM.
5. The Program only provides or replenishes the Monthly Free 10GB from Season Pass. Additional usage is under the responsibility of the Participants.
6. Upon the success of the whitelisting process, the Participants will be receiving:
- 28 months of validity
- Active Data 10GB
7. The following months 10GB will be credited into Season Pass Counter. Data active will be ended upon expiry date and the remaining will be forfeited. Data 10GB are not shareable.
8. ONEXOX serves the right to cancel the participation in the program if the participants are no longer eligible, entitled or whether misuse is identified by ONEXOX. Misuse includes, but is not limited to accessing, or sending prohibited, offensive, or illegal content.
9. Participants will be eligible to receive the benefits of the program for the length of time that is advised by ONEXOX.
10. Any inactive number (No Data Usage / Data Subscription) continuously within 60 days (at any point of time) during the period of Jombantu program will be subjected to Removal AND Termination of MSISDN.
1. ONEXOX does not warrant that the Program shall be uninterruptible and/or error-free. By participating in this Program, the Dealers and Participants hereby acknowledges and irrevocably agrees that ONEXOX shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable for any technical failures of any kind, system/server interruption and/or any electronic error arising from the Program unless the same arise from and are caused directly by ONEXOX’s gross negligence or willful default.
2. The Dealers and Participants shall indemnify and keep ONEXOX and its associate companies, employees, advisors indemnified against all losses, damages, rights, claims and proceedings of any kind in connection with the Program.
3. ONEXOX reserves the right to alter, change, extend the Program period or amend, modify the terms and conditions stated herein at its sole discretion any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes arising directly or indirectly from the Program, the decision of ONEXOX shall be final.
4. By participating in the Program, Dealers and Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree that any and all decisions made by ONEXOX in relation to every aspect of the Program shall be final, binding and conclusive.
