Jaringan PRIHATIN – Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1.     XOX Mobile Sdn Bhd (“XOX”) is organizing Jaringan PRIHATIN” programme (“the Programme”) in conjunction to the Government announcement.

2.     The Programme will be opened for eligibility checking via Jaringan PRIHATIN Page through XOX Official website.

3.     Applicants may proceed to register via platforms designated as follows:

  •          Device rebate (RM300/RM180) registration via XOX outlets (SPACE, XCC, XPP, X-Force, and selected XOX dealers)
  •          RM15 plan rebate registration via XOX Self Care 

4.       There are three (3) subsidy packages differing by the category of eligible applicants:

  •        RM300 device rebate [Open to category 1 applicants only]
  •        RM180 device rebate [Open to category 2 applicants only)
  •        RM15 plan rebate [Open to category 1 and 2 applicants]

Bonus: Upon registering either option above, PRIHATIN applicants are also entitled for a 2GB Data redeemable daily via BLACK App, Self-Care, and USSD Easy Menu.

5.       This T&C shall be read together with other specific RM300 & RM180 device rebate, RM15 bill/plan rebate and 2GB Data terms and conditions.

6.       The Registration Period will be during this period below: (“Registration Period”)

  •      Start Date: 5th May 2021 (Wednesday)
  •       End Date: 31st July 2021 (Saturday)

 

7.       The applicants must complete 1st registration until the step of choose desired option within the registration period. Failure to do so may will result in unsuccessful claim.

 

8.       The PRIHATIN programme will be ongoing throughout the period below: (“Programme Period”).

  •       Start Date: 5th May 2021 (Monday)
  •       End Date: 31st July 2022 (Sunday)

9.     This Programme is running for both BLACK and ONEXOX Prepaid subscribers.

10.  By participating in the programme, applicants agree to be bound by all terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) below and agree that any and all decisions made by XOX in relation to every aspect of the Programme shall be final, binding and conclusive.

 

Participating Eligibility

11.   Each applicant eligibility to be determined by the Bantuan PRIHATIN Rakyat database.

12.   The Programme only allow sign up by a maximum of ONE (1) MSISDN/Mobile Number under one (1) NRIC and must be registered to be entitled for the Programme offer.

13.   The programme only applicable for Malaysian citizens who are eligible for BPR.

14.   Applicants are required to re-register for XOX PRIHATIN again in the event of:

  •        Port-out/in from or to XOX during PRIHATIN registration period
  •        Termination of XOX PRIHATIN Rebate
  •        Termination of the registered PRIHATIN XOX MSISDN/Mobile Number

15.   Only successful PRIHATIN registration is entitled for PRIHATIN 2GB Data. This is also applicable to XOX PRIHATIN re-registration.

 

PRIHATIN Device Rebate (RM300 & RM180) – Terms and Conditions

 

Introduction

1.    XOX Mobile Sdn Bhd (“XOX”) is organizing PRIHATIN Device Rebate” Programme (“the Programme”) in conjunction to the PRIHATIN initiative by government.

2.    The subscribers are entitled to this offer if they are eligible for BPR as follows:

  •        RM300 device rebate: Married/single applicant with children (below 18 years only)
  •       RM180 device rebate: Married/single applicant with no children (or their children above 18 years old)

3.       The device rebates are available during Programme period only.

4.       The subscribers only allow to choose either one of the device rebates or RM15 plan rebate throughout Programme period.

 

Participating Eligibility

5.       Eligibility to be determined by the Bantuan PRIHATIN Rakyat database.

6.       PRIHATIN eligibility can be checked via BPR Hasil at https://bpr.hasil.gov.my/ or visit an authorized XOX Care Centre or reach out to selected dealers.

7.       The Programme is open to active BLACK and ONEXOX Prepaid subscribers who are Malaysian citizens (“Participants”).

8.       BLACK B49 plan is exclusively for PRIHATIN phone bundling.

 

Registration

9.       Applicants can register for PRIHATIN device rebate via XOX Outlets or selected dealers (SPACE, XCC, XPP, X-Force).

10.   Applicants will then be required to provide their original NRIC for proof of verification prior to PRIHATIN registration.

 

Mechanism

11.   Applicants are allowed to choose one of the device models upon registering for PRIHATIN Device Rebate as in Table 1.0 as follows:

12.  XOX PRIHATIN Device Rebate comes with BLACK B49 plan (18GB internet data, Unlimited Calls & 100 SMS) and chosen devices models comes with 12-month contract. XOX reserve the sole and absolute rights to make changes to the plan or device if deemed necessary.

13. Upon submitting XOX PRIHATIN Device Bundle request, applicants agree to be bound with B49 plan that comes with 12-month contract. These clauses shall be read together with Clause 14.

14. In the event if applicants redeem any PRIHATIN with XOX or other telco, applicants are agreeing to be bound by device bundle with B49 plan that comes with 12-month contract regardless of whether applicants are eligible to PRIHATIN packages or not. Applicants are responsible to ensure no other PRIHATIN redemption is done for same/different mobile number on the same NRIC upon signing up to XOX PRIHATIN Device Rebate.

15. Clause 13 applies to applicants who request MNP (port-in), even in the event applicant applies & redeem PRIHATIN in other telco during MNP submission process to XOX PRIHATIN Device Rebate. They are liable to ensure no other PRIHATIN rebate is done during MNP process.  

16. Clause 13 until Clause 15 shall be read together with Clause 18 and 19 whereby the subscribers are subject to termination fees if one of those listed actions is performed as below.

18.   Termination fees shall be imposed during 12-month contract period if subs perform the following actions:

  •        Port out to other telco
  •       Transfer ownership
  •        Change plan to Prepaid or Downgrade/Upgrade BLACK Plan

19. An early termination charges set out as remaining month of contract x B49 plan fee + Additional usages (if any). Early termination charges are subject to the 6% Service Tax.

20. Applicants who registered for XOX PRIHATIN Device Rebate are automatically entitled for the PRIHATIN 2GB Data. However, an early termination of PRIHATIN Device Rebate (as per Clause 18) would result in revoking of 2GB Data entitlement.

21. XOX shall not be liable for any claim by the customers or third-party claim or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Device Plan.

22. XOX shall not be responsible for replacing device or any part thereof that is lost, stolen, damaged or defective. Subscribers shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of device. Repairs shall be subject to the applicable warranty issued by the device manufacturer if the defect or fault fall within the limit of manufacturer’s warranty by showing the receipt of device payment as a proof.

23. BLACK Fair Usage Policy still apply to PRIHATIN B49 plan.

24. General and specific BLACK Plan Terms and Conditions apply.

 

PRIHATIN Device Rebate (RM300 & RM180) – Terms and Conditions

Blocking and Unblocking of Device IMEI

1.    Subscribers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Device at all times and shall continue to pay XOX PRIHATIN device bundle for the 12-month contract period, if applicable, notwithstanding that the Device is lost or damaged.

2.    Device / IMEI blocking will be applicable to PRIHATIN device bundle to disable device from making or receiving calls, sending, or receiving SMS and accessing data or Internet. XOX have the rights to block device IMEI of the PRIHATIN device bundle if:

  •        Subscribers suspected of fraud or found to have committed fraud
  •       Subscribers fail to make full payment of the monthly bill/when the subscriber’s account status turn to Barred status
  •        Subscribers report to XOX that the device is missing or has been stolen and have requested XOX to block the IMEI of the Device

3.    Lead time to block and unblock device IMEI

  •        Blocking of IMEI: 1-2 working days
  •       Unblocking of IMEI: 1-2 working days

4.    Only registered owner of the mobile line can request to suspend and or block or unblock the device / phone. User is required to get the registered owner to block or unblock the device.

5.    XOX will only block or unblock a device for the original lawful owner who reported its lost / stolen and not the end user.

 

RM15 Plan Rebate – Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1.       XOX Mobile Sdn Bhd (“XOX”) is organizing RM15 Plan Rebate” Programme (“the Programme”) in conjunction to the PRIHATIN initiative by government.

2.       Subscribers are only allowed to choose either RM15 Plan Rebate or Device Rebate throughout Programme period.

3.       RM15 Plan Rebate is available during Programme period only.

 

Participating Eligibility

4.      Eligibility to be determined by the Bantuan PRIHATIN Rakyat database.

5.    Subscribers shall fulfill BLACK or Prepaid eligibility requirements during registration to be entitled for RM15 Plan Rebate. Otherwise, subscribers will not entitle to the Programme offer.

6.    The Programme is open to only active BLACK and active ONEXOX Prepaid subscribers who subscribe to eligible plans as follows (“Participants”):

  •        BLACK subscribers: B39 and above
  •       ONEXOX Prepaid: Monthly airtime data plan (6GB MOREFAT or 13GB FATPROMO)

7.     Only the eligible plans listed are entitled for the Programme offer.

 

Mechanism

8.    RM15 rebate is credited only once per calendar month for each registered subscriber.

9.   For the avoidance of doubt, “active” is defined as the subscriber’s account being able to make/receive calls and not barred/blocked/terminated. To remain active, the Subscriber needs to top-up to avoid service interruptions.

10. ONEXOX Prepaid subscribers will be credited with RM15 on the same day after renewal/subscription of monthly MOREFAT or FATPROMO plan. In other words, subscribers shall pay using their own money first before RM15 credited back to their airtime.

11. For BLACK subscribers, RM15 will be credited one day before the bill cycle date. Note that upgrading or downgrading of BLACK plan will result in change of bill cycle date.

12. In that instance, subscribers might potentially miss out the RM15 rebate for that calendar month and only receive the RM15 rebate before the new extended bill cycle date.

2GB Data – Terms and Conditions

Introduction

1.    XOX Mobile Sdn Bhd (“XOX”) is organizing 2GB Data” Programme (“the Programme”) in conjunction to the PRIHATIN initiative by government.

2.    2GB Data is available during Programme period only.

 

Participating Eligibility

3.    Eligibility to be determined by the Bantuan PRIHATIN Rakyat database.

4.    The Programme is open only to applicants who have registered and redeemed PRIHATIN RM300 & RM180 device rebate or RM15 plan rebate (“Participants”).

5.    Subscribers to subscribe to eligible plans during registration to be entitled for the Programme.

 

Mechanism

6.    In the event after redeeming the 2GB Data; any unused balance of 2GB Data on that day will be forfeited 1 hour after redemption. Subscribers are required to make another one-time off redemption for the 2GB Data on the next day anytime from 12 AM until 11:59 PM within one hour only. 

7.    The 2GB Data will be set for non-renewable whereby the subscriber may redeem it once per day from 12AM-11.59PM. The 2GB Data is non-shareable.

8.    The subscriber may use the 2GB Data for hotspot.

9.    2GB Data is only usable within 1 hour period (60 minutes) between 12AM-11.59PM, and all unused quotas will be forfeited on that day.

10. The subscriber may redeem via USSD Easy Menu, BLACK App and Self-Care every day. Failure to do so will result to unsuccessful 2GB redemption for that day.

11.Any exceeded usage of 2GB Data will be deducted from BLACK counter (for BLACK subscribers) and monthly airtime data plan (for ONEXOX Prepaid subscribers)
