Only active mobile numbers are eligible for switching/porting in. Mobile numbers which have been suspended, terminated, blacklisted on the defaulters’ database and/or barred shall not be eligible for switching/porting in.
Only the first time port-in to XOX are eligible to enjoy the validity period of 28 months and *FREE data/calls up to 12 months from the subscriber activation date (calendar month).
This Free Data/Calls promotion only applicable to PREPAID PLUS, PENANG #1758, PREPAID plan (all prepaid plans before the commencement date of ONEXOX plan on 11st April 2016), and it’s start from 1st July 2014.

Subscriber can opt for Free Calls from Free Data by contacting our Customer Service at 12273. The change will take effective on the NEXT eligible month.
FREE data/calls will be credited into subscriber’s Season Pass account before the 15th of every following month.
Accumulative monthly top-up is calculated for the previous month to determine eligibility for the FREEBIES for the current month (example: top-up RM30 or more in July and receive FREE data in August)
Accumulative top-up commences and ends based on each calendar month. (example: 1st July to 31st July 2014)
The information of the validity period will be updated within 14 working days from the date of activation.
*normal status: means “your 28 months validity period will be forfeited and you will be subjected to the barred/blocked/terminate status if you do not recharge your account before the expiry of your account status”
