1. What is port-in?

Port-in, or also known as Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is a service that allows you to keep your number and switch to plans by XOX MOBILE like ONEXOX Prepaid and BLACK from your current service provider.

2. How long does it take to port-in to plans by XOX MOBILE?

The whole process will be completed within 1 to 5 working days.

3. How do I port-in to plans by XOX MOBILE?

You can either:
(i) visit any of our XOX Care Centres or XOX dealers;
(ii) visit our Online Store

4. Is there any ongoing promotion for porting in to plans by XOX MOBILE?

Yes, customers who port-in to ONEXOX Prepaid and have activated the mobile service from 1st July 2014 onward will enjoy a validity period of 28 months until further notice.

5. Who is entitled to enjoy the port-in promotion?

The promotion is open to all customers who have ported in to ONEXOX Prepaid for the first time from 1st July 2014 until further notice.

6. What is the promotion period of the 28-month validity?

The promotion starts on the 1st of July 2014 and will go on until further notice.

7. When will I receive the 28 months validity?

The 28 months validity will be transferred to you within 2 weeks from your activation date. If you are still unable to receive it within 2 weeks, please contact our customer service at 12273.
