Is there any subscription fee to use e-wallet?
There’s NO subscription fee for e-wallet usage.
How can I add money to my e-wallet?

For Selfcare Portal, you can click on ‘E-wallet’ then ‘Deposit’ and key in the preferred amount and choose your payment method. Then proceed to check out page and request for TAC.

For MyXOX App, go to ‘My Account’ then ‘e-Wallet Deposit’, key in the preferred amount and choose your payment method. Then proceed to check out page and request for TAC.

I want to transfer money to another user, is it possible?

Yes, it’s possible.

For Selfcare Portal, you can click on ‘E-wallet’ and ‘Transfer to other account’, key in the recipient’s mobile number, credit transfer value, and request for TAC.

For MyXOX App, you can go to ‘My Account’ then ‘Payment/Top Up’ then ‘e-Wallet Top Up to other’, key in the recipient’s mobile number, key in top up amount, key in your Pin Code “1234”, and click Continue

How to top up via E-wallet?

For Selfcare Portal, you can go to ‘E-wallet’ then ‘Transfer to Own Account’, key in the preferred amount and SUBMIT.

For MyXOX App, you can go to ‘My Account’ then ‘Payment/Top Up’ then ‘e-Wallet Top Up to other’, choose ‘For own number’ and key in top up amount and key in your Pin Code “1234”.

If I have not received the message after I request, what should I do?
We cannot guarantee an instant text messages delivery by the mobile operator. The estimated text message delivery time is between 5 seconds and 3 minutes, if within this period of time the text message does not come, please contact our XOX Careline service at 1300-888-010 or email us at selfcare@xox.com.my.
Why do I need a TAC?
TAC is compulsory for specific transactions because it provides an additional layer of security to protect you against unauthorized access to your account.
If my message is already expired, what should I do?
You can request the TAC again and disregard the expired TAC.
Can I request for two or more TACs and use them?
You may, but the latest TAC will immediately override the earlier one for security, therefore only one TAC will be valid at any time.
If I do not use my wallet, will it be removed?
Your wallet is not removed from the system under any circumstances, and you can use it at any time.
