What is XOX Add On ?
XOX Add On is a service from XOX to help you manage your Mobile Internet account. You can purchase additional FUP (Data Quota) as low as RM5 for you to utilize in your remaining days of your 30 days subscription.

How do I activate XOX Daily Mobile Data Plan?
Using your mobile, SMS “Data< space >D100MB” and send to 22111/23388.
How long would be the time frame for XOX Daily Mobile Data Plan?
XOX Daily Mobile Data Plan is valid for 24 hours starting from the time your command code is received.
What will happen if I exceed my data capacity within the validity period?
There will be a SMS reminder when you reach 80% and 100% of your allowed data capacity. Your Daily Internet Plan subscription will end once you reach 100% of your allowed quota. If you would like to continue using XOX Daily Mobile Data Plan, you may re-subscribe to the plan by re-sending the command code to 28899 or purchase add on plans. If you are a heavy user, we would suggest you subscribe to XOX Most Affordable Monthly Internet Plan as low as RM18 for 500MB! Can I carry forward or transfer my unutilized quota to the next billing cycle or other accounts?
No. All plan purchased is non-transferrable or carried forward.

How do I know when the validity of my Mobile Data subscription expires?
You may send SMS ‘Data< space >Check’ to 28899 to check for date expiry date of your subscription or alternatively, you may logon to XOX Self-Care to manage your data subscriptions.
Can I check my available or balance quota of my current subscribed Data Plan?
Yes, you may check your remaining available data usage through XOX Self-Care. ; or via MyXOX App.
Will my XOX Daily Mobile Data Plan auto-renewed?
No. XOX Daily Mobile Data Plan will not be auto renewed. For auto-renewal plan, you may like to try on XOX Monthly Internet Plan from as low as RM18 for 500MB! Kindly visit to mobile internet page for more details.
I am subscribed to XOX Daily Mobile Data Plan. Can I purchase Data Add On?
Yes. You may purchase XOX Mobile Data Add On by sending ‘Data< space >Add< space >D100MB/D250MB to 22111/23388. You may re-subscribe to the plan by re-sending the command code or alternatively, you may consider upgrading your plan to Monthly basis from as low as RM18 for 500MB!
