Who is entitled to participate in this campaign?
All new ONEXOX Universal Music prepaid subscriber who register on 15/3/2017, and new ONEXOX Universal Music (ONEMUSIC) prepaid starter pack who register on XOX store at Space@XOX & XOX online store with member code (from 16/3/2017 to 31/12/2017) are entitled to participate in the campaign, as long as they perform minimum top-up RM30 and above (accumulative) within the promotion month (15/3/2017 – 31/12/2017).
What is the campaign period?
The campaign period is 1 month, which is from 15 Mar 2017 to 31 Dec 2017.
What are the freebies once subscribers performed RM30 top-up?
Subscribers shall receive FREE 500MB within 36 hours and additional 500MB in the next 14 days after they performed minimum top-up RM30 and above (accumulative) during the promotion month (15/3/2017 – 31/12/2017).
What is the campaign validity for new ONEXOX Universal Music Subscriber?
New subscribers who register on 15/3/2017 shall entitle 5 years of FREE data (total 36GB). For example, new subscriber register on 15/3/2017, he/she shall entitle the 500MB + 500MB FREE data (upon RM30 accumulative top-up) for the first 12 months (total 12GB), and he/she shall entitle the 500MB for the remaining 48 months (total 24GB). While for new subscribers who register via Space@XOX/XOX Online store from 16/3/2017 to 31/12/2017, they entitle 5 years of FREE data (36GB) when they submit their member code during SIM pack registration. For example, new subscriber purchase ONEXOX Universal Music SIM pack in Space@XOX from 16/3/2017 to 16/4/2017 and submitted his/her member code, he/she shall entitle the 500MB + 500MB FREE data (upon RM30 accumulative top up) for the first 12 months (total 12GB), and he/she shall entitle the 500MB for the remaining 48 months (total 24GB).
In the event that the subscribers fail to perform RM30 top-up during the promotion period (15/3/2017 – 31/12/2017), the subscribers shall not entitle for the additional 500MB. However, subscriber shall entitle for 30GB Bonus Campaign if they performed top up RM30 and above between 17/4/2017 to 31/12/2017. Subscriber shall entitle for one 500MB each calendar month upon RM30 top-up (accumulative) and above, up to 5 years (total 30GB).
What is Member code? And where can I get it?
An exclusive voucher will be distribute from 15 March 2017 to 31 Dec 2017. Each voucher will have different member code (unique member code) and it can only be claim once. All voucher must be presented during the registration process at XOX official retail store (Space@XOX, ) or XOX Online Store. For XOX Online Store, subscriber must key in the Unique Member code in the registration form during the registration process.
How can subscribers get 36GB of FREE data?
As long as subscribers top-up minimum RM30 (accumulative within calendar month) each month for 5 years, they shall get 500MB +500MB for the first 12 months, and 500MB for the remaining 48 months, 36GB in total.
In the event that subscribers top-up RM30 for the first month and discontinue on the next month, do subscribers entitle 500MB FREE data for the next month?
No. Subscribers shall only receive 500MB +500MB FREE data on the first month, where they have performed minimum top-up RM30 and above during the calendar month. However, if subscribers continue top-up during the third month, he/she shall receive the 500MB +500MB FREE data.
If subscriber only has RM20 of accumulative top-up during the calendar month, can he/she entitle for 500MB + 500MB / 500MB FREE data?
The subscriber shall not entitle for the 500MB + 500MB / 500MB FREE data. In order to receive 500MB + 500MB / 500MB FREE data, he/she shall have accumulative of RM30 top-up, regardless of the frequency of top-up within calendar month.
New subscribers can top-up RM30 and entitle to purchase 3GB of SUPER SEASON PASS package; can they still receive 500MB + 500MB FREE data?
Yes, they are still eligible to receive the 500MB + 500MB FREE data.
How can subscribers utilize the FREE data?
Subscribers can either subscribe to monthly 500MB data plan, daily or weekly data plan. Alternatively, they can accumulate for few months and subscribe higher data quota plan
Is there any limitation to utilize the FREE data?
No. Subscribers can utilize the FREE data at 4G+ High Speed, anytime, and without restriction to any mobile applications or website. But it’s bound to our fair usage policy
Can subscribers share the 500MB +500MB / 500MB FREE data to anyone within ONEXOX or XOX MOBILE prepaid?
Yes. As long as the data still in Season Pass data counter (not activated yet), they can share to any ONEXOX or XOX MOBILE prepaid users. But there is a sharing limit which is 3 times a day.
