  1. What is Season Pass about?
  • Season Pass offers data, voice and SMS packages where you can buy it, store it in your account and only use or activate it whenever you need to.
  • As of 10/11/19, the Season Pass packages offered are as the following. Refer to Table 1.0 for the details.

  1. For how long can I store the data, voice and SMS that I bought from Season Pass in my account?
  • You may store the data, voice and SMS in your account and use as long as your account is active.
  • For BLACK users, you may buy and store up to 100GB in your account and use whenever you want as long as your account is active.

 

  1. How do I purchase Season Pass?
  • There are a few ways you can buy Season Pass.
  • For the online platforms, you may purchase using online banking.
  • For the offline platform, you may purchase using credit or additional credit extension.
    i. XOX BLACK App – Available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
    ii. XOX Selfcare – Log on to your Selfcare account and purchase your preferred package.
    iii. XOX Online Store – Log on to our online store and purchase your preferred package.
    iv. Send the shortcode of your selected package to 22111 or 23388
    v. Easy Menu – Dial *150# to purchase your preferred package

 

  1. How many times can I purchase the packages in Season Pass?
  • You can purchase as many times as you want.
  • For BLACK users, you may buy the data packages as long as you don’t exceed 100GB in your account.


 

  1. Who is eligible to purchase?
  • All active XOX MOBILE subscribers.
  • If you are using one of XOX MOBILE’s plans like ONEXOX Prepaid, BLACK or NU Mobile, you may purchase any of our Season Pass packages.

 

  1. How do I start using the data that I bought from Season Pass?
  • For BLACK users, you may use the data right away from your account.
  • The consumption period will begin upon your data usage/consumption.
  • For Prepaid users, you need to subscribe to a data plan first to activate and use your data. Eg: when you purchase Data Package SP D1 (20GB), it will be stored in your Season Pass account, it will only be activated once you have commenced with NEW data activation (daily, weekly or monthly data plan).

 

  1. How do I start using the voice/minutes and SMS that I bought from Season Pass?
  • You may start using the minutes on your next voice call (LOCAL ONLY (example: +60)) and the SMS on outgoing text messages (LOCAL ONLY (not including SMS short code, for example: 6XXXX)).
  • For minutes and SMS, you may use it right away without having to do anything to activate it.

 

NOTE:

    i. For voice call to any Malaysian toll free number (1300 or 1800), it will consume from your available airtime or credit extension instead of Season Pass minutes.

    ii. IDD will be as normal pay-per-use consumption via normal airtime or credit extension.

     

    1. If my account status is in barred or blocked, can I still use the data, voice and SMS from Season Pass?
    • No, you won’t. Your account needs to be active to be able to consume anything you bought from the Season Pass (data, voice, and SMS). You need to top-up or pay your bills to remain active to avoid service interruptions.

     
     

    1. Can I share the data, minutes and SMS that I bought from Season Pass to my friends & family who are XOX MOBILE plans subscribers as well?
    • Yes, you may share the data, minutes and SMS that you bought from Season Pass with any other XOX MOBILE subscribers of any plan.
    • 50 will be charged to the sender for each successful sharing.
    • You may share up to 3 times per day, and up to 10GB per transaction.

     

    1. How can I check the balance of my Season Pass items in my account?
    • Via XOX BLACK App
    • Via XOX Selfcare
    • Via Easy Menu – You may check your balance by dialling *150#)
    • Via SMS – For Prepaid subscribers: Send BAL / SP BAL to 22111 or 23388

    For BLACK users, the items you bought from Season Pass would be added into the total balance of your account.
     

    1. Are there any Season Pass packages in smaller amount?
    • Yes! We have Season Pass Happy Hour deals too. Happy Hour is a flash promotion that happens randomly on selected days, and the package may vary from time to time. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for the deals.
