Prepaid Data Verification Exercise

XOX is in collaboration with Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) for Data Verification.

Aims of the Data verification:
• To verify the integrity of prepaid subscriber’s database
• To rectify unmatched or inaccurate data

If customer registration data is found to be inaccurate:
• Customer is advised to re-register their data through link in the SMS
• Our Customer Service Officer may call the customer to update the data
• Suspension or termination of mobile prepaid line if the data is not updated
