Aims of the Data verification:

  • To verify the integrity of prepaid subscriber’s database
  • To rectify unmatched  or inaccurate data

If customer registration data is found to be inaccurate or false registered:

  • You will receives a call and SMS from our Customer Service representative
  • Customer is advised to re-register their data through link in the SMS
  • Suspension or termination of mobile prepaid line if the data is failed to updated
