Prepaid Data Verification Exercise

XOX is in collaboration with Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) for Data Verification.

Aims of the Data verification:

• To verify the integrity of prepaid subscriber’s database

• To rectify unmatched or inaccurate data

If customer registration data is found to be inaccurate:

• Step 1: Our customer service officer may call the customer to update the data

• Step 2: Customer is advised to re-register their details (Name, ID Number and Address) by visiting XOX

• Step 3: Suspension or termination of mobile prepaid line if the data is not updated
