The Campaign Introduction

  1. XOX Mobile Sdn Bhd (“XOX”) is organising “Ohsem October 2019” Campaign (“the Campaign”).
  1. The Campaign shall run from 9th October 2019 – 10th November 2019 (“Campaign Period”).

Participating Eligibility

  1. The Campaign is open to all XOX Prepaid and BLACK subscribers who are Malaysian citizens with at least 12 years of age (“Participants”).
  1. The participation of permanent, contract and/or temporary staff or employees of XOX Group and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brother and sisters) is strictly prohibited.

Campaign Entry 

  1. XOX shall perform a lucky draw for the selection of Winners (“Lucky Draw”) and their names will be announced on XOX Malaysia Facebook Page on 14 November 2019 (“Announcement Date”).
  1. Participants shall earn entries to be eligible to enter the Lucky Draw.
  1. XOX reserves the sole and absolute right to verify the validity of the entries and participants and disqualify any entries or participants it considers ineligible.
  1. Participants agree and accept that one (1) entry shall entitle the Participant to one (1) draw in the Lucky Draw, therefore 1 entry = 1 draw (Qualifying Entries).
  1. There are no maximum number of entries per Participant so long as Participants meet the Campaign Entry criteria during the Campaign Period.
  1. To earn Qualifying Entries to participate, Participant may perform any of the following (“Campaign Entry”):-
  • By performing a successful top-up transaction or make minimum payment of RM30.00 via any XOX channel (accumulated or one-time off) from Monday – Sunday during campaign period, participants shall earn 1 entry and be entitled to 1 draw;
  • Any successful top-up transaction or payment of RM30.00 made via BLACK APP (accumulated or one-time off) from Monday – Sunday during campaign period, participants shall earn 3 entries and be entitled to 3 draws;
  • Alternatively, for every minimum spend of RM30.00 (accumulated or one-time off) top up/make payment from a combination from XOX channels & XOX BLACK APP within campaign period, Participants shall earn 1 entry and be entitled to 1 draw

Campaign Prizes

  1. The closing date of the Campaign Period is 23:59 on 10th November 2019. Entries received outside this time period will not be qualified for the Lucky Draw.

  1. Winners from the Lucky Draw shall receive Aeon Cash Vouchers. In total, there will be 200 Winners.
  1. Each Winner shall be entitled to a maximum of ONE (1) cash voucher only.
  1. XOX’s decision on the Winners shall be final and conclusive. No correspondence, complaint and/or appeal shall be entertained by XOX at any time during or after the Campaign Period.
  1. By participating in the Campaign, Participants is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree that any and all decisions made by XOX in relation to every aspect of the Campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive.

Prize Collection

  1. XOX must be able to contact the Winners. The Winners shall receive ONE (1) SMS from XOX Mobile and a representative voice call of THREE (3) attempts from XOX Mobile Customer Care team from Monday to Friday between 9am – 6pm to verify the Winner’s details.
  1. The Winner who failed to answer the THREE (3) call attempts from XOX MOBILE Customer Care team will have a strict grace period of 3 weeks (21 days) (“Grace Period”) from the date of the Announcement Date posted on XOX Malaysia’s Facebook Page to return the call to XOX MOBILE Customer Care team to provide and/or verify their details in order to claim the Campaign Prize.
  1. XOX shall forfeit the Prizes in following circumstance, if after THREE (3) call attempts, the Winner:
    (a) fails to return XOX MOBILE Customer Care team‘s call at all; or
    (b) returns XOX MOBILE Customer Care team call outside the Grace Period.
  1. The Winner shall be disqualified from the winning list in the event XOX Mobile is unable to verify the Winner’s details under paragraph 19 and 20 above, thereafter XOX shall NOT be responsible and/or liable for any unsuccessful attempts.
  1. In the event of a change to the Contact Particulars, it shall be the responsibility of the Winners to update XOX of the same. XOX shall not be held responsible nor accountable for any loss/losses, in connection with the Contact Particulars maintained in XOX’s record not being current and/or correct.
  1. If a Winner rejects their prize or the entry is subsequently found to be invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the Winner’s prize shall be forfeited and XOX shall be entitled to select another Winner.
  1. The Campaign Prize will be sent to the address provided by the Winner via courier service. Winner will be notified once the Campaign Prize is sent out. XOX shall not be held liable for any delay, loss or damage once the Campaign Prizes have left XOX’s premises and/or control.
  1. It is the Winner’s responsibility to supply a valid and correct address. XOX will not be held responsible and/or liable for any incorrect address given and/or unsuccessful delivery of the Campaign Prize.


  1. All prizes are non-transferable and/or non-exchangeable and/or non-redeemable for cash or credit or any other value in any form.
  1. Winners agree and consents to grant permission to XOX to post their prefix and the last 4 digits of their mobile number on XOX Malaysia Facebook Page.
  1. XOX does not warrant that the Campaign shall be uninterruptible and/or error free. By participating in this Campaign, the Participants hereby acknowledges and irrevocably agrees that XOX shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable for any technical failures of any kind, system/server interruption and/or any electronic error arising from the Campaign unless the same arise from and are caused directly by XOX’s gross negligence or wilful default.
  1. Acceptance of the prize by the Winners constitute a release and discharge of XOX by or from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and/or damages which the Winners may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of relating to the Campaign; and/or personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner as a result of the use, acceptance  and/or enjoyment of the Prize.
  1. XOX reserves the right to alter, change, extend the Campaign period or amend, modify the terms and conditions stated herein at its sole discretion any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes arising directly or indirectly from the Campaign, the decision of XOX shall be final.
  1. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant irrevocably agrees to release and      hold harmless XOX and its associate companies, employees, advisors from any and     all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the         Campaign and/or from any prize-related activity, including without limitation,              personal injury, death, and property damage.
