  3. How it works and how do I participate?

    XOX subscribers top-up or make payment with minimum of RM30 (accumulated or one-time off) during campaign period to be entitled for ONE (1) token. (1 token = 1 entry)

  5. How will XOX select the winners?

    ONE-TIME lucky draw session before 28th February 2019

  6. Can I win more than one prize?

    No, a winner will only be entitled to win and receive a maximum of ONE (1) prize.

  7. How will I know if I won?

    1st Step: Winner(s) will be announced on XOX Malaysia Facebook Page.
    2nd Step: XOX will blast announcement via SMS.

    3rd Step: XOX Customer Care Team will contact winner(s) (3 attempts within 7 days)

    *The prize will be forfeited if the winner cannot be contacted past 7 days*

  8. How can I collect my prize?

    XOX Customer Care Team will contact and collect details of the winners.

    * Grand, Second & Third (Prizes):

    XOX Customer Care Team will contact the winners and arrange accordingly should there be a prize giving ceremony.

    * Cash Prizes:

    Cash prizes will be credited into the winners’ bank account within 30 working days.
