The NEAP clause 5.9.1


If they do lodge complaint to MCMC by following the process bellow :

Step 1

  1. The date and time of the call was made/received

  2. Involved telco phone number or

  3. Call recording/ chat conversations or

  4. Promotion sms or others


  1. Visit MCMC Website

  2. Click on “New Complaint”

  3. For Complaint Type choose “Complaint”

  4. For Type of Services choose “Cellular Services”

  5. For Category choose “Dispute Terms & Condition”

  6. For Subcategory choose “General T&C”

  7. For Service Provider choose your current Telco

  8. Fill in Complaint Information

  9. Attach evidence
