This is to inform that the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is launching the Consumer Satisfaction Survey 2018 from 5 September 2018 2017 until 31 December 2018. Data collection will be conducted daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every day except on national and Selangor public holidays. Respondents are randomly selected by computer, based on registered telephone numbers. Notification was published in the MCMC website: on 4 September 2018. Survey extensions will be announced in the website, if required.

Please note that the survey does NOT collect any money nor solicit any sales. MCMC has assured that personal data collected will be kept in the strictest confidence and will be used only to formulate national statistics. While the survey is not compulsory, we would like to strongly urge our customers to give the fullest co-operation if selected. Thank you.
