JOB SUMMARY
Warehouse & Logistic Assistant is responsible for all activities relating to the delivery or pick up of equipment including pulling, loading, truck/van, delivering the equipment and any other duty as assigned by Supervisor related to the delivery of equipment. Warehouse Assistant responsibilities include performing quality control of product, completing equipment maintenance and maintaining equipment files.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Oversee the receiving and dispatching of commodities.
2. Track inventory of all supplies and maintain notes of any damaged, taking physical counts of the goods and preparing detailed documentation.
3. Assist in loading or unloading, sorting, stocking, and packaging merchandise and orders.
4. Justify the quantity received with packing list or Purchase Order and inform to superior once item is ready.
5. Perform all duties assigned by Manager or Supervisor such as event, ad-hoc order, or others.
6. Warehouse & Logistic cum driver if needed.
   
   

JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)

1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Able to efficiently manage time and meet deadlines.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. License GDL or D would be an extra bonus.

QUALIFICATION

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Logistic Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of experience working in Logistics, Warehouse or Transportation.
