JOB SUMMARY
A technical manager plans, directs, and coordinates all activities related to drafting up the architecture design, workflows, and Product & Software Requirement Document of the blockchain decentralized systems and related software programs. He must be familiar with all the policies, procedures and technical issues related to software programming, especially relating to decentralized ledger systems. Techical manager is the go-to when it comes to blockchain development and also in charge of managing the activities of the software developing team of a company or specific project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Manages all the activities of programmers, pertaining to blockchain related development.
2. Set attainable goals to team members for the project to be finished on time.
3. Provide guidance to team members to encourage work productivity, ensure the timeline is followed.
4. Manages multiple projects and ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed.
5. Participates in design control activities.
6. Monitors, evaluates, and ensures the completion of tasks and projects.
7. Analyse software requirements, implement design plans, review unit tests, documents software development, monitor status of developing software.
8. Write, review and revise product requirements and specifications.
9. Provide technical support to other company personnel.
   
   

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
2. Able to lead the team and motivates them.
3. Familiar with variety of programming languages, coding, and processes.
4. Keep up to date with latest development in the field of decentralized ledger technologies.
5. Understands AGILE SDLC, able to run software development projects through SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies.
6. Familiar with the processes and procedures of decentralized ledger development processes.
   
   

QUALIFICATION

1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in computer science, information technology or relevant field.
2. Experienced in software development, particularly in Web and mobile apps development.
