REPORTING TO : SENIOR MANAGER, DIGITAL BUSINESS

JOB SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Oversee all section of Black App, ADX, Marketplace, web portal and other digital products.
2. Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build digital products. Work closely with technical team and stakeholders to create product plans and define roadmaps tied with clear business objectives.
3. Manage the product’s lifecycle end-to-end from ideation, scoping, development, testing and launch to data analysis.
4. Collaborate with cross-function teams to define an ambitious strategy, develop, and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering impactful experiences for users.
5. Enhance products based on quantitative and qualitative user behavior and experimentation data.
6. To manage and deliver products with scope, timeline, and budget with quality.
7. To report project status & issues to stakeholders.
8. To develop the product management plan and all related component plans.
9. To keep the project on tract in terms of schedule and budget.
10. Identifying, monitoring, and responding to risks.
11. Provide accurate and timely reporting of project metrics.
12. Responsible for communicating to all stakeholders on project matters.
13. Plan, organize and strategize the enhancement requests by priority and liaise with Product Manager on implementing changes on the application.
    
    

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Proven Experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
2. Knowledge of User Experience Best Practices (UI/UX Experience).
3. Knowledge with Web and Mobile App Development.
4. Product Strategy and Requirement Development Skills.
5. Project Management (Familiar with Agile Framework).
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
7. Marketing knowledge and Strong Business Acumen/Aptitude.
   
   

QUALIFICATION

1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
2. Minimum 5 – 7 years of working experience in the related field is required.
3. Keen eye for detail.
4. Problem-solving aptitude.
5. Good leadership and delegation abilities.
6. Organized and knows how to prioritize.
