  1. Develop goals and objectives for the content and creative team to align with overall organizational strategies and growth goals.
  2. Collaborating with relevant departments to obtain knowledge of their requirements.
  3. Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects in alignment with organizational strategy and requirements and overseeing them to completion within stipulated deadlines.
  4. Assessing which type of media may be most effective in accomplishing goals, such as videos, images, infographics, emails, landing pages.
  5. Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing.
  6. Responsible for identifying and adopting the latest emerging trends and technologies.
  7. Ensure that your content and creative teams have adequate and suitable resources for optional day-to-day operations.
  8. Responsible for organizing and coordinating content creation and creative operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
  9. Supervise employees’ work and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Manage and lead the content and creative team to achieve set out targets.


  1. Possesses great leadership and communicational skills.
  2. Possess a creative eye and has a thorough understanding of concepts/ ideas/ objectives.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Experience in Adobe Suite.
  5. Excellent time management skills.
  6. Be able to work independently, self-motivated, work with minimum supervision and a good team player.
  7. Good understanding of design trends.


  1. Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Art/ Media/ Communications/ Creative Design.
  2. Minimum 10 years of working experience.
