JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with merchants across various industries on the platform, providing daily support for payment-related activities, maintaining payment channels, and handling reconciliation and settlement matters.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Develop and establish processes for various operational workflows during business operations management, oversee the transition, ongoing operation, and continuous optimization of these processes.
  2. Analyse operational data, assess operational outcomes and benefits, and drive improvements in various aspects of daily operational work.
  3. Allocate and coordinate effective resources within the operations department in alignment with the company’s overall business requirements, and effectively handle various unexpected events.
  4. Evaluate potential business risks across different operational segments and manage service continuity.
  5. Monitor payment performance and solve payment-related problems.
  6. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence, while maintaining sufficient controls and assessing and mitigating operational risks.
  7. Help translate customer needs into plans and support these with analysis.
  8. Analyse, suggest and drive improvements made in the product and work processes to become more efficient.
  9. Develop and manage the assigned market’s business to drive growth and expansion.
  10. Develop key business strategies to support payment systems, channels and partnerships for our digital content providers.
  11. Support and assist in navigating the compliance and regulatory standards related to payments.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Familiar with invoicing, PO and payments from vendor or partners.
  2. Approach and strategize new form of partnership and business opportunities.
  3. Able to develop, motivate and manage the different functions within the organization.
  4. Able to develop a customer-focused environment.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task, manage complex projects and multi-task and work with multi stakeholders or inter-departments.
  7. Track record of effectively negotiating and managing partnerships.
  8. Proactive, self-driven and highly motivated.


QUALIFICATION

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Information System, or a related field.
  2. At least a minimum of 3 years working experience in B2B sales or Business Development role, in a high growth start-up.
  3. Experience in financial services, payments and fintech.
