BD & Partnership department are responsible to manage Black Market products & services, channel communication and supporting the Channel to increase its revenue.


  1. Dealing with ePartner through the current channel.
  2. Formulate the new recruitment and sales strategy for the ePartner.
  3. Plan and strategize how to achieve or hit the sales target.
  4. Liaise with internal team to bridge across the Marketing message to all ePartner.
  5. Establish long-term professional relationship with potential clients, customers, and partners to promote the organization’s products and services.
  6. Liaise with vendor or supplier and sourcing new product & service.
  7. Work with multi-stakeholders on products and execution including gathering and prioritizing market and customer needs.
  8. To tracks new markets and emerging trends, recommends new products and services, proposes, and develop new strategic partnerships, write proposals, and plans, and guides long term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.


  1. Solid command of written and oral communication (English).
  2. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  4. Ability to translate market research data into manageable and useful proposals.
  5. Experience in Telco or Business Development industry would be an added advantage.

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  2. Candidate from Marketing, IT, Finance or Project Management background would be an added advantage.
  3. At least 2 years and above of related working experience.
