REPORTING TO : ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER, RETAIL

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To lead and manage the overall retail operations functions and performance.
  2. Extracting weekly and monthly report of activation no. and recharge and any report related to outlet operation or sales.
  3. Entertain CS or Dealers for any inquiry related to sales or outlet (product/service/operation/performance, etc).
  4. Monthly and quarterly outlet site recce.
  5. Liaising with Dealer’s team leader (MD/AD) on their outlet or necessary needed.
  6. Communicate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution and high level of quality for all operation or outlet activities.
  7. Maintain excellent relationship with dealers and internal team. (Work closely with market or sales division).
  8. Handling i3D Android Box by updating and upload all the upcoming promo, ads, happy hours, etc.
  9. Entertain vendors or dealers for any maintenance or technical issue related to retail outlet.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Able to work under minimal supervision.
  2. Multitasking, resourceful and meticulous.
  3. Well presentable, good communication skill and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Willing to travel for outlet’s issue such as maintenance/ technical/ opening new outlet/ meeting with dealers for operations matter and etc.

QUALIFICATION

  1. Candidate must have at least 2 to 3 years experiences of Retail Operation or Telecommunication background company.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
