JOB SUMMARY

Handle all activities from enterprise account and assist on future family plan support.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Handling on Enterprise account.
    a) Maintain enterprise list that provided by sales team.
    b) Provide bill statement.
    c) Prepare proforma.
    d) Tally payment received, validate payment with finance and update payment in enterprise account.
    e) Prepare receipt or invoice after payment made.
  2. Work with relevant department to drive operational smoothness in handling account.
  3. Handling enquiry from enterprise client.
  4. Collaborate between internal team and internal department to ensure that the requirement and process is fully understood and implemented when new plan is rolled-out.


JOB REQUIREMENT (SKILLS)

  1. Solid organization skill and attention to detail.
  2. Good excel and numeracy skills.
  3. Good interpersonal skills and stress management.


JOB REQUIREMENT (BEHAVIOURAL)

  1. Hardworking and responsible.
  2. Fast learner, friendly and approachable.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


QUALIFICATION

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
  2. Telecommunication experience is an added advantage but not necessary.
  3. Defining, managing, and delivering high quality work.
