  1. To lead and manage the overall retail marketing functions.
  2. Plan and manage retail events, campaigns, and promotions.
  3. Work with mall on joint promotions activities.
  4. Monitor, measure and collect feedback pre and post launch retail campaign.
  5. Communicate with internal departments and external parties, ensure smooth execution and high level of quality for all marketing activities.
  6. Implementing the relevant marketing strategies and conducting outlet survey through understanding the market trends and customers’ needs.
  7. To enhance corporate image by organizing diverse marketing and promotion programs.
  8. Maintaining excellent relationship with dealers and internal team to develop marketing and advertising plans.
  9. To create stickiness in shoppers and drive up shopper traffic and acquire new shoppers for outlets.
  10. To develop and optimise the use of various media including social media.
  11. Planning monthly social media calendars, managing and executing all posts across social media platform.
  12. Working closely with dealers and other internal and external stakeholders for BTL, POSM and Marketing.

  2. Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task.
  3. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Well presentable, good interpersonal and communication skills.


  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related filed.
  2. Candidate must have at least 1-2 years in a relevant retail marketing position.
  3. Proficient in MS Office includes Excel and PowerPoint.
