  1. Collaborate closely with teammates and stakeholders to determine project scope and requirements.
  2. Develop creative briefs and present to the creative team.
  3. Work with the different departments to determine campaign deliverables and possibilities.
  4. Liaise between all relevant parties to ensure projects are developed, revised and presented.
  5. Ensure that the company and management’s viewpoints are represented in all aspects of work.
  6. Share insights and learnings with the team to actively drive commerciality, brand preference and business goals.
  7. Responsible for overlooking budget, invoice follow up and admin tasks (paper works that are relevant).
  8. Responsible for proofreading for campaigns and production of marketing materials.
  9. Actively involved in various projects around the year and other ad-hoc events or activities assigned.


  1. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  2. Strong presentation, verbal communication skills, and time management skills.
  3. Aggressive in achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
  4. Passionate towards the brand, products, and job.
  5. Good personality towards teammates and all related departments.
  6. Able to deal with various challenges efficiently with a positive attitude.
  7. Able to deal with stress and manage timeline.
  8. Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
