JOB SUMMARY

Requirement dedicated resources to assist on coordinating all projects and requests for products development progress.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, information, budgets and expenditure
2. Liaising with project owner on project’s objectives and define project requirements, scope and timeline
3. Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
4. Documenting and following up on important actions and decision from meetings
5. Ensuring project deadlines are met
6. Undertaking project tasks as required
7. Developing project strategies, assess potential risks and issues and provide solution where applicable
8. Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members and stakeholders
9. Follow up and documented all the project’s documents
10. Organize and handle system testing, product testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT)

1. Good command of the English language
2. Able to work under pressure and independently without much supervision
3. Candidate must be customer-oriented, discipline, initiative driven and with good personality
4. A team player, matured, self-motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Strong analytical background, comfortable in ambiguous situations
6. Ability to work on tight deadlines

QUALIFICATION

1. At least degree in Computer Science
