JOB RESPONSIBILITY

You will disrupt the Malaysian market by giving customers what they want, best-in-class customer experiences and bring disruptive products to market. This role will own the product strategy and initiatives on core products relating to our telecommunication.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Drive customer retention, acquisition, profitability and revenue growth, enabling XOX to deliver to its financial objectives.
2. Ownership of the end-to-end launch and ongoing experience for core products.
3. Gather requirements from stakeholders and drive ongoing prioritization of product development or enhancements.
4. Create annual and quarterly product roadmap strategies.
5. Conduct market demand assessment and forecast, manage product costs, and pricing for customer engagements.
6. Lead transformation with P&L initiatives from capex product initiatives to launching and continuous improvement of revenue impacting products.
7. Developing use cases that demonstrates unique value proposition and benefits of our products.
   
   

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Expert in product development, systems & processes along with strong knowledge in the Telco market.
2. Knowledge in finance, business cases, P&L, and forecasting.
3. Outstanding influencing skills (with senior management) coupled with strong written and verbal communication.
4. Ability to lead a cross- functional teams to deliver complex product innovation.
5. Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude.
6. Degree qualified an advantage, ideally in business, marketing, or economics.
7. Can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
8. Ability to multitask & lead a team.
9. Strong analytical and inter-personal skills (written and verbal).
   
   

QUALIFICATION

1. Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or any related field.
2. Preferably at least 8 years of experience in a similar position in telco industry.
