Focusing on the Consumer program optimization – including ADX (user acquisition, engagement and retention of users, as part of the revenue contributor to cash cow).


  1. Manage and maximize potential of ADX business model and ecosystem that would contribute to cash cow.
  2. Represents Consumer Campaign in cross-functional projects and/or task forces (as assigned).
  3. Develop and manages consumer programs and special projects.


  1. Experience in project management and loyalty marketing.
  2. Excellent business analytical skills with business mindset.
  3. Able to take initiative and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  5. Able to multitask while maintaining a strategic focus.
  6. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field (Loyalty Point).
