JOB SUMMARY

Assist all the daily operation, sales, customer service and admin tasks.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Handling call, walk in customer and email enquiry for XOX products.
  2. Handling general enquiry such as billing or roaming services inquiry from customer.
  3. Assist in resolve customer issue regarding XOX services.
  4. Upselling or cross-selling or promoting XOX product and services when customer enquiry about the promotion and services.
  5. Serve customers with passion and integrity, towards providing an excellent service experience to all customers.
  6. Work as a team in all areas of operations to meet daily shop and company’s targets and KPIs.
  7. Able to independently troubleshoot operational errors and discrepancies with minimal assistance.
  8. Packing stocks and arrange delivery if necessary.
  9. Generate and compile daily sales report, ensure the payment tally with the sales.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Possess a positive mindset towards challenges faced.
  4. A strong understanding of the distribution channels for the industry.


QUALIFICATION

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma & above in any related field.
  2. At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
  3. Previous experience at least 1 year working in the retail would be a strong advantage.
