JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Develop and execute marketing communication plans, product launches and campaigns for XOX subsidiary (ONE XOX).
2. Prepare agency brief, manage, and follow up on annual marketing communication plans, product launches and campaigns of XOX subsidiary (ONE XOX).
3. Involved in the development of creative materials, visuals, and other ad-hoc communication materials internally and with agencies.
4. Assists to write copy for diverse marketing distribution (brochures, press releases, website material etc.) on ad-hoc basis.
5. Maintain and develop relationships with XOX subsidiary (ONE XOX) media, vendors, creative agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of marketing communication plans, product launches and campaigns.
6. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
7. Update and manage the company website, social media, and collaterals in accordance with annual marketing communication plans, product launches and campaigns for XOX subsidiary (ONE XOX).
8. Organize and oversee media campaigns (social media, billboard etc.), exhibitions and promotional events for product launches and campaigns.
   
   

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
2. Strong presentation, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
3. Team player.
4. Proactive and willing to learn.
5. Have positive thinking and creativity.
6. Independent and able to multitask.
   
   

QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and above in any business field.
2. Minimum 1 or 2 years of working experience.
