Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategizing and implementing go-to-market activities. The team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. This team is responsible for data-driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to reach the targeted customers.


  1. Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value, re-engagement, and re-purchase rate in CRM framework.
  2. Coordinate with other department (Big Data, Digital team, and Partnerships, Business development) to analyse and develop a deep understanding of user segmentation, behaviour, and customer journeys.
  3. Collaborate and coordinate across internal stakeholders, including working with Business Development, and other marketing functions (e.g., social media, partnerships, PR, online marketing, and graphic design) for offline event and optimisation ensure on time delivery and execution of deliverables or campaigns.
  4. Defining the strategy to capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
  5. Conceptualize and execute of acquisition or retention test and rolled-out campaigns. Working closely with all departments to ensure treatment plan implementation and sustainability.
  6. End-to-end planning and execution of online and offline campaigns, including major sales (e.g. Black Friday), seasonal festivals (e.g. Easter, Christmas) and other major cross-category campaigns.
  7. Ensure all information, data or materials are compiled and organized for any creative briefs from other departments.
  8. Report project progress and movements.
  9. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


  1. Preferable have experience with CRM: Know about lifecycle cohort (acquisition / retention / churn lapse prevention) or user segmentation.
  2. Preferable have experience in ecommerce business or online marketing.


  1. Number driven, creative, hardworking, methodical, attention to detail and very structured.
  2. Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment. Pro-active attitude & ability to work both independently and within a team.
  3. An ability to work under tight deadlines.


  1. Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  2. At least 2 years and above of related working experience.
