REPORTING TO : SENIOR MANAGER, DIGITAL BUSINESS

JOB SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Oversee all section of application, portal & other digital features.
2. To manage and deliver projects within scope, timeline and, budget with quality.
3. To report project status & issues to project PM.
4. To develop the project management plan and all related component plans.
5. To keep the project on track in terms of schedule and budget.
6. Identifying, monitoring, and responding to risks.
7. Provide accurate and timely reporting of project metrics.
8. Responsible for communicating to all stakeholders on project matters.
9. Plan, organize and strategize the enhancement requests by priority and liaise with Product Manager (Development) on implementing changes on the application.
   
   

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Proven Experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
2. Knowledge of User Experience Best Practices (UI/UX Experience).
3. Knowledge with Web and Mobile App Development.
4. Product Strategy and Requirement Development Skills.
5. Project Management (Familiar with Agile Framework).
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
7. Experience with Product Lifecycle Management.
8. Marketing knowledge and Strong Business Acumen/Aptitude.
   
   

QUALIFICATION

1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
3. Keen eye for detail.
4. Problem-solving aptitude.
5. Good leadership and delegation abilities.
6. Organized and knows how to prioritize.
7. Creative thinker.
8. Analytical.
