JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for Data Analyst who can drive long term sustainable portfolio, efficiency, and exceptional customer experience by creating insights through data analytics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Drive long term sustainable portfolio.
2. Data analysts in delivering quality, accurate and timely periodic and ad-hoc management reports, dashboards, and analysis.
3. Lead analytics framework development and strengthen the use of analytics across the organization, plan, execute and manage Analytics.
4. Liaise with business users, Enterprise Architect, and stakeholders to identify business problems and develop state-of-the-art solutions aligned with business objectives.
5. Support Head of Department in developing data warehouse and BI technology vision, roadmaps and blueprints.
6. Lead ad-hoc cross-functional data analytics project, as and when required.
7. Analyze large and complex sets of data/ information and drive fact-based decision making at all levels.
8. Exercise sound judgment while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in reporting.
9. Ensure discipline in documentation of assumptions, observations, and findings.
10. Prepare and present findings to senior management in a logical, concise, and articulate manner.
    
    

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Proficient in data mining programming language such as SQL, Python and R.
2. Proven ability in developing predictive models, as well as handling natural language processing (NLP) and unstructured data. Skillset.
3. Passion and strong technical competency in quantitative methods and/or business analytics.
   
   

QUALIFICATION

1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in computer science, Applied Statistics, Finance, Data Analytics or any relevant field.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
3. Willingness to learn, accept new challenges and go extra mile.
4. Self-motivated, resourceful, and enjoy sharing knowledge with team member.
5. Proactive, result oriented and takes pride in their quality of work.
6. Enjoys working cross-functionally with any business unit.
