We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for Product (eWallet) to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.


  1. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  2. Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
  3. Perform quality assurance controls on products.
  4. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  5. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  6. Coordinate with vendor and internal departments to deliver functional solutions.
  7. Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
  8. Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
  9. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
  10. Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.
  11. Liaise with the marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products.
  12. Monitor and report on users’ reaction after launching.
  13. Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
  14. Participate in system configuration.
  15. Analyse competition.


  1. Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behaviour and marketing techniques.
  2. Hands-on experience with web technologies.
  3. Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello.


  1. Strong time management skills.
  2. Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
  3. Able to work under extreme deadline.


  1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.
  2. Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role.
  3. Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
