JOB SUMMARY

As a Marketing Manager, you will be mainly responsible for developing internal marketing campaigns across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Managing content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing effective strategy, digital and brand design, and thus creating compelling content.
  2. Responsible for leading and reviewing the work of the creative team in the production of all webs, print and digital marketing collateral.
  3. Proactively analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape to make recommendations to improve current marketing programs.
  4. Ensuring the implementation of promotions and events for various products are effective.
  5. Responsible for the management of various communication channels and platforms to ensure all marketing content and campaign communications are executed promptly.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Strong command of English and Mandarin.
  2. Possesses good communication skills and enjoys meeting people.
  3. Have strong analytical, time management and creative skills & thinking.
  4. Proven experience with concept development, copywriting, design, and production.
  5. Have good initiative and able to demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
  6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  7. Able to adapt to changes and take on the new challenges ahead together with the growing business.
  8. A good team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

QUALIFICATION

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing, or Business.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in an agency or corporate setting.
