JOB SUMMARY

Oversee enterprise or corporate channel’s sales and plan activities to achieve XOX revenue goals.


JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Oversee enterprise or corporate channel’s sales and plan activities to achieve XOX revenue goals.
  2. Plan, setting target, evaluating, adjusting and guide enterprise sales team performance, hiring and training team members, developing processes that drive sales.
  3. Expand and explore new revenue channel.
  4. Understand corporate client needs and suggest changes in product or scheme to meet the needs.
  5. Address corporate client inquiries about products and services offered and respond to their complaints in a timely manner.
  6. Identify strategies and opportunities to increase revenue.
  7. Evaluate currents sales processes and recommend improvements.
  8. Market or industry research for better strategy.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  2. Passion, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Positive attitude.
  4. Strong understanding of the distribution and network channels for the industry.
  5. The ability to manage small teams of people and influence senior staff is essential.
  6. Loyal and leadership by example.


QUALIFICATION

  1. Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  2. At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
  3. Sales and distribution experiences would be a definite advantage.
