REPORTING TO: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT, FINANCE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To handle full set of accounts.
2. To assist and handle report submission to Custom, Bank Negara, MCMC.
3. Ensure compliance of Bank Negara Malaysia guideline on e-Money and Payment Gateway.
4. Perform bank, payment gateway and IT reports reconciliation.
5. Management of payment gateway of merchant accounts.
6. Responsible for daily finance operations or accounting functions.
7. Perform internal audit function and ensure compliance with standard operating policies and procedures, quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
8. Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, bankers, and regulatory bodies.
9. Ensure proper filing and maintain proper accounting records.
10. Provide support on all financial matters such as financial analysis, reporting, planning etc.
11. Other finance and accounting related duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time.
    
    

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess Advance Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or equivalent.
2. Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
3. At least 5 years and above working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Good attitude, self-discipline, honest and team player.
5. Meticulous and attentive to details.
6. Able to work under tight deadlines, minimum supervision, highly integrity and independent.
7. Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
8. Knowledge in Autocount, advance excel skill and internal audit background are added advantage.
9. Able to start work soon.
10. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
