REPORTING TO : AGM, OPERATION & MAINTENANCE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support for subscribers and dealers, mainly on services related issue, dispute and complaints. Coordinates cases between departments and external parties for problem escalatation and update. May assign as a project manager role for project that involves GSM element.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Day to Day Operation: –
    a. Ensure cases are attended and close within SLA.
    b. Case analysis and reporting
    c. Operation in 24/7
    d. Perform testing and troubleshooting for mobile services.

  2. System Maintenance: –
    a. Monitor system health and 1st level troubleshooting
    b. Coordinate with vendor for Preventive maintenance
    c. Weekly report for system overall performance

  3. Ad-hoc Activities: –
    a. Internal activity that involves system/service testing, development and deployment.
    b. External activity that involves business partner or vendor
    c. May assign as Project Manager for internal project to manage the project timeline and delivery.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  1. Good command of the English language
  2. Able to work under pressure and independently without much supervision.
  3. Candidates must be customer-oriented, disciplined, initiative driven and with good personality.
  4. A team player, matured, self-motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

QUALIFICATION

  1. Candidate Minimum of Degree in Computer Science
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
