  4. If the promo of the day is to register for BLACK at a promotional price, what is the plan available for sign up or port in?
    BLACK consists of various plans like B39, B39 PLUS20 and B149. There’s also the eSIM plan – B59e. The promotional plan and price may vary as decided by us from time to time.
  5. Will my subsequent monthly commitment fees be the promotional price?
    No, the promotional price is ONLY valid for the first month of payment upon registration. Monthly commitment fees will be reverted to the original price starting from the second month onwards.
  6. If the promo of the day is to get a freebie when I sign up or port in to BLACK, what is the freebie I will get?
    The freebie could be items like an e-voucher to your favourite merchant or anything else as decided by XOX. It will change from time to time as decided by us. The link to your freebie (http://rewards.xox.com.my) will be sent your newly activated BLACK number within 24 hours upon successful activation. Stay tuned to link below for more details:

  7. Where can I redeem my freebie?
    The link to the XOX Rewards page http://rewards.xox.com.my will be sent to your newly activated BLACK number via SMS. And you can redeem your freebie from there.
  8. What should I do if I did not receive the link to my freebie?
    Please log on to the XOX Rewards page http://rewards.xox.com.my directly and follow the steps from there.
  9. If the promo of the day is to get a freebie when I sign up or port in to BLACK, do I need to pay the full price for the first month of the BLACK plan I chose?
    Yes, the standard price of the selected BLACK plan remains when the promo of the day is the freebie.
  10. Will I still receive the freebie on my second month onwards?
    No, you will only receive the freebie once when you sign up for the selected BLACK plan.
  11. If I register for port-in during Happy Day, but the port-in request was not successful, am I still entitled to the freebie if I re-submit the request after the campaign period?
    No. Only those registration for port-in on Happy Day that are submitted during the campaign period, and are successful, shall be entitled to the freebie. If it failed the first time, you may resubmit the request during the campaign period to get the freebie, provided the resubmission is successful. If you re-submit the request after the campaign period, you won’t be able to get the freebie.
    To avoid an unsuccessful port-in make sure you have the following covered:
    a) The number is in the Active status
    b) The number you want to port-in is a principal line
    c) You have paid all the outstanding bills
    d) You have cleared your contract with your previous telco

  13. Are there any Sales and Service Tax (SST) charges for BLACK?
    Yes, all BLACK plans are subjected to a 6% SST at the end of every billing cycle.
  14. How will the SST charges be calculated?
    6% SST will be based on the normal price of BLACK plan selected.
