Open to All XOX Subscribers who are Malaysian citizens with at least 12 years of age, will be eligible to join the campaign.

The campaign will start from 16th October 2020 and end on 31st December 2020.

 

16/10/2020 - 22/10/2020 – Week 1

23/10/2020 - 29/10/2020 – Week 2

30/10/2020 - 05/11/2020 – Week 3

06/11/2020 - 12/11/2020 – Week 4

13/11/2020 - 19/11/2020 – Week 5

During campaign period, subscribers who successfully perform below action within each campaign period will be entitled for lucky draw to win prize to be purchased up to 50% discount price. Once payment is made, just fill up a short form in BLACK App Rewards tab to choose the preferred discounted items to win.

Remark: The entry earns for each campaign period is only for selected date and will be decided by XOX.  

Step 1: Subscriber perform any above action within the campaign period will entitled to select a discounted item that they would like to win at Rewards Page!

 

Step 2: When the subscribers successful made any payment above the prompt message will come out telling “Success”.

 

Step 3: Subscribers required to go to Reward Page and redeem the reward.

 

Step 4: Click “Confirm” on the reward and subscriber will be able to select which item they want to win.

 

Step 5: Lastly subscriber need to select one of the prizes to be won and click “Submit” on the form.

Each period will have its own voucher or product to be purchased at 50% discount price.

The winners of the Lucky Draw will be contacted on the following day after the last date of the campaign week.

 

Eg: 13/11/2020 - 19/11/2020 – Week 5 and the winner of week 5 will be contacted on 20th.

 

Remark: The winner will be contacted for prize collection on Friday at 4.00 pm.

1st Step: The winner will be contacted by XOX and product will be available for collection within 14 - 23 working days after the winner announcement.

2nd Step: Winners are required to collect and make payment using credit/debit card within 5 working days during office hour after products are available for collection.  (Winner will be disqualified to purchase the products if he/she fail to do so and next winner will be selected and required to collect and make payment within 7 working days during office hours)

Remark: XOX will contact the winner(s) (3 attempts). *Prizes will go to another winner if the winner cannot be contacted or forfeit* If in any scenarios that there is no winner for selected products, the product purchased will be used in other campaigns.

The winner will be contacted by XOX and product will be available within 14 - 23 working days after the winner announcement and as for the Digital Voucher will be credited into the winner’s BLACK App reward account or via email except for the Physical voucher will be collected at XOX Headquarters Menara Lien Ho, 8th Floor, Persiaran Tropicana, Golf & Country Resort, 47410, Petaling Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan.
