MNP Details

Thank you for choosing XOX, we may serve you better when you port into XOX service. Kindly read through the below instructions before you proceed with the application.


Please ensure all the details you fill in the registration page is correct before you press the “Proceed” button.
Each I/C number is allowed a maximum of 10 Mobile Numbers MNP registration.


XOX will charge a registration fee of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10) per number for every online application porting request.


Upon receiving your application and successful payment, XOX will courier the SIM Card to you within 3-5 working days.


While you received the Welcome Letter and SIM Card from XOX, you will need to log on to http://xox.com.my/onlinestore/mnp to verify your details and complete the “Verification” process within 30 days.

Step 1: Key in the porting in number

Step 2: Key in the 18 Digits Serial Number.

(The 18 Digits Sim Card Serial Number will also display in payment receipt)

Step 3: Request TAC

Step 4: Key in TAC number and proceed to start MNP

After the given grace period of 30 days, our system will automatically terminate the order, all charges paid will be forfeited and no refund shall be given, the received Sim Card will also be invalid.


XOX will process your application for mobile number porting between one (1) to three (3) days.
Any remaining credit in your prepaid mobile number will forfeited by the Donor Operator upon successful activation of your service by XOX;


You can request re-submission of the porting request after receiving the rejection email. Kindly log on to our Resubmission Page at http://xox.com.my/onlinestore/mnp. You will need to key in your mobile number and serial number to retrieve your previous personal details. You are allowed to change the following personal details as below:

  • Name
  • Registration Type
  • IC Number
  • Donor

After correcting the info, you just need to click the submit button and the MNP process will be continue. You will receive a notification email after successfully porting.
